Redwurm, saying he would be nothing without the rest of us is silly. Why would I have recruited him to begin with if he was nothing when I saw him play?

That makes little sense.

A good member of the team, he may be. The way he opened this thread, however, speaks volumes about his blatant lack of sportsmanship or couth.

I would venture to say that this is a person who has never been involved in any type of competition where he ever had to see his opponent face to face. There are ways to get your point across without being anything short of a poor winner

Kane and I traded barbs and shots on a daily basis on this forum yet never did we stoop to this pathetic, boastful manner of insults when doing so

You guys are ever amusing.

The continued need to extend the conversation to fantastical views about what I may or may not be in real life remain the only pathetic, truly troubling displays here. Note how I've maintained strict adherence to what has happened IN game. Each description something that has evolved in game.

Meanwhile, the Golden Children of Prr and their legion of admirers continue to imagine this or that or this about little old me. It's flattering, but, the last time I spent this much time daydreaming about someone I knew nothing about, I was listening to Superstar and thinking of Phoebe Cates.

Though entirely irrelevant to this forum, my life is not that complicated, nor solitary. I've had sex. Fathered children. Made vast sums of money. Played sports at incredibly high levels -- in fact, I was an American Eagle Rugby player (alternate) back in the day as well as a Division I college basketball player.

It is maintained that it is an "insult" to directly comment on in game moves yet it is somehow acceptable to take conversation out of the game to fictional views of a person talking about it. Again, flattering, but, ineffective and somewhat concerning.

Sportsmanship comes in many forms. First, it requires a sport. This ain't that.

This is a war game in which Prr openly stated the verbal bump and grind here increased the in game satisfaction. Next, it requires consistency. Nir-kitty once diva'd himself into being left alone when the game was going poorly for Prr, then IMMEDIATELY started communication back up when it was going well.

Third, it requires once beaten, you find a way OTHER than saying, "I was quitting anyway," or, "I didn't want to play this era anyway," to explain it. When Prr says, "Good game guys," I'll say, "You too." When they say, "You only won because you spent money and you suck and we don't want to play," you can well bet we'll focus on their actual actions to draw those statements into contrast.

Nir-kitty will tell anyone who'll listen how little he cares. Yet, not 20 minutes ago, he was spam refreshing his screen to avoid a trap in game. He cares. He just doesn't while he's getting creamed. As soon as it turns to his advantage, he'll show how interested he is.

Frankly, the Prr crew is simply too enjoyable to avoid tweaking for the IN GAME behavior and skill. Fortunately there is nothing to use against us in response, so, it's ok to keep relaying your daydreams. Don't you remember you told me you loved me baby.

$$$$$?

@ Oluvai, your "inside information" is more than likely from our members that were either kicked or scolded for THEIR lack of coordination or communication. Of course they will speak only negatively about Prr when they are upset with us for our (my) consistent acts of calling them out for said things.

You admit that you are a mere follower and would be nothing without them. If that is the case, why gloat so much? Your constant comments and threads make it seem like you are the key figure in the battles and our downfall which is obviously not even close to the case.

Personally I think you should keep your trap shut until you actually do something that would warrant your attitude.

Nope, we actually both started BD at the same time. We were playing together on Evony with Dreger. Once E1A1 started he told the alliance we were in and both Zano and I joined.

Zano is a very nice guy and does not get on the forums to gloat.

Kevin had no idea how much money I had when he began recruiting me. He was watching in game actions and thought I was the only guy close to worthwhile in the group he was fighting. Even then, I was an alternate. I only made MupT by the skin of my teeth.

As for accomplishment, in debate a key way to diffuse the other's point is to grant it, forcing him to move to another. I can only repeat everyone in MupT is better than me and I am only a weapon for their direction. I will state I have been involved in EVERY major battle my alliance has had. I've always had the lead number of forces. I've killed more Prr units than there are currently Prr units with the groups of attackers and defenders I've had the pleasure of killing with.

Or did you not see, as an example, my 650 units in the battle group which killed your 2750? Being a follower does not denote not being a part or being involved. My ships are in every major battle every where. That's all a member of an alliance can hope to achieve.

As you wrote, my understanding of your inner workings allowed me to know exactly who you were yelling at. The reasons why I knew such things do not mean I didn't know such things. All I can do is keep making myself available for you guys to fight.

I can't actually make you guys do it :).

But, read carefully what you just wrote as it explains why I'm better than most within Prr. While you are yelling at others for their inability to follow instruction, I always do. Thus, superior :).

Oluvai is a really nice guy too, and he doesn't lose his units. Trying to paint him as a less than worthy player is silly, I don't recruit people just for money or I would have recruited John Howard, who did that? Oh right, your team.

That wasn't my decision. I am not the biggest fan of him either.

Well be that as it may, I'm just illustrating the different philosophies between my alliance and yours. Just because yours recruits a player like John Howard does not mean that mine recruited Oluvai for similar reasons, he logged on MSN while at a funeral... the man is dedicated, which is why I snagged him.
