if you think about it the way your talking an alliance could just spam subs in the enemy territory and you would be fine with letting them stay and giving you less conquers in your terrirtory. which means your going to lose.

nothing SNN did here was wrong or against the nap. GIFT broke the nap (unless new information arises.

Unless you have really bad eye-sight, I don't see how you can't see the name on the first picture posted by Skwrel.

Also, it's not mandatory that once you make a deal of agreement with an alliance that has sub(s), that those sub(s) become allied as well unless of course the sub(s) were mentioned in the agreement as well.

Also, you feel that the way the players are talking here makes them bad enough that you never want to play with them ever, can you really know what goes on behind them playing Battledawn? Rather, everyone posting on the forums has a different attitude off of Battledawn and the forums itself.

1. SNN attacked G1FT
2. SNN purposely matches ETA with GIFT to try and kill our units, which we agreed not to do. SNN has admitted this purposeful intention to me in game.
3. SNN attacks GIFT OPs by not turning around after we attack from shorter ETA and claim it first

Yet we are the bad guys, hmm... I hope this effort of SNN to antagonize and harass GIFT pays off for them, otherwise they will feel quite foolish won't they. Simply look at all the other alliances that have succeeded with this methodology... I'm sure there are tons right?

Of course also everytime anything happens that has my name attached to it, oh my word, it is the worst thing to ever happen in Battledawn. The worst backstab ever (which I already explained away), the worst cheating ever(getting banned by an overzealous admin when even the game creator and other admins apologized for it). When people have no power to do anything in game, they bring it to the forums.

@Deadman. You know better than that, I expect better from you. G1FT has been my sub for 3 eras now, and they were started before SNN even placed their colonies... you know that. You also know that I am not nervous about NO, or else we would come conquer as soon as we saw you instead of just taking free OPs. Also, only 1 member left G1FT, a member with a single crystal who I don't care about... his poor handling of the move is not something I'll forget, and neither is your post here.

I know you have to stick up for your side Allen, but I am truly disappointed to read what you have written here. Despite backstabbing us on the first era we played together, and playing with me more than once, I thought you would know better.

@psg188, the fact that you have done enough to have your name so pulled through the dirt that if its even mentioned in something is just sad, i would never let the integrity of my name be brought down so low, especially by the actions i am taking. I believe that when all is stripped away, your name and your word is all that your going to have left, and by the sounds of it, yours isn't going to be worth much.

When you win as many eras every time you play a set world as much as he has, he will have many enemies, and many enemies that don't like him and want to beat him. Your name will get slandered in the process no matter what you do, people will always find way to slander someone and it's not quite that hard.

As for what you written here. I suggest you clear it up a bit, its a little bit to vauge for the people to understand.



1. We defended against G1FT and retailated to there advance. We have not pursued them in any way since we spoken last night about the matter. Not to mention as the people can read the NAP was not designed to cover them, so they are neutral. While we spoke last night i asked if you wanted to work a deal out so they are covered, but you stuck your nose up at it.

2. Im not gonna lie, it has been done, but when i see it also coming from both sides? When does 2 wrongs make a right here kev? In fact, you never even come to speak to me about it. Oh and btw, i asked you about clashing of units and you never really seemed to get around to it. You kind of bushed it off during our convo. I do however, remember that it was going to be a mutual turn around system, but i see none of that going on engaged from you or me.

3. Well kane, it happened maybe what 3 times if i recall. I mean if you cut in front of a line at a store, im sure others would be pissed and call you out for it. Not to mention the cut in front was clearly intentional from your side, so i mean where are we going with this? One of those i remember you put troops in front of a dam train essentailly, i mean your just lucky i was able to get ahold and turn those around.



Best i can say here is don't talk so highly of yourself. You tell people you are a man of your word, you honor agreements, and upstanding community member of BD. When it comes down to it and people catch you doing this your not suppose to do, as mentioned above by you some excluded, people are gonna call you on it. The same thing would happen to the president, a CEO, whoever has a public image. A person who throws his entire enity into this game, well better stick to his character. No one can help you in this catergory, but yourself.

Dude if you know me, you should know this for a fact. When I am with ya, am with ya all the way through, whether you do something right or wrong. When am against you, I am against you. Right now, I just made a neutral statement based on an observation. I know G1FT has been your sub for 3 eras. I Know its a sub. But that doesn't mean others do. Even if they do, if you had not clearly said that they are subs, technically SNN is right in attacking them, since they are neutral. What you could have done, is simply talk to them and tell them that G1FT is your sub. If after knowing they are subs and if after knowing that you will attack if your sub is attacked, they still continue, then you have a reason to use force.

The first era that I played against you, I didnt even know you. I was only a soldier, and Menehune asked us to launch and I did. That was a backstab yes. Looking back at it, I wouldn't have done it, but that was an alliance full of overzealous kids. Heck it was my first era on Earth, so I can cut myself some slack there

I know you dont break NAPs, and actually seeing the pics dissapointed me. I know how your diplomacy is, I know you would attack a sub, if not named in a NAP, but I also know that you will not break a NAP. Its not just me, Ive heard people against you say the same. But this time around, I was dissapointed to see Juno attacking an ally. That is why if you read my post I said - "I am not sure what circumstances caused this...".

BTW, some of the reasons that you have given for attacking SNN, were the same reasons we in ASEN gave for attacking GIFT

3rd party observer here. and it seems skrewl is the only one with evidence... i dont see why they would be sending 10(?) squads at 14 especially when in a NAP.

only thing i see here is Ping breaking a NAP by attacking a allied op. unless their is actually evidence here i think skrewl is telling the truth.
