Meh...we kill a lot of 50 units here and there which adds up to a lot, but it's not worth putting, nor are those before.

I just want to make this official, i talked to ffstkn about it already. but so everyone else knows whats happening.

DKS is pulling out of this. i apologize to my allies, but before you get all mad at me, just listen to the following would you?

I helped BT finish rank 3 last era. i gave them my relic, and fought VULC as best as a rank 10 alliance possibly could last era. we gave BT just enough score to finish top 3.

This is my last era, all i want, is for it to end so i can retire.

All DKS wants, is to finish top 3.

I made a deal with RoL, we give them a relic. then we relocate back to our old hive. In exchange, RoL lets DKS live, to finish whatever we would finish without being involved.

I apologize to my allies, but this is a lost cause. BT lost 3/4 of its armies in the first day of the war, they had more then DKS does, by about 4000 score, in terms of power alone before the war.

UF is nowhere to be seen on the battlefield yet, nor was DKS (but we we're doing as the plan asked up until this point).

RoL has at least, 2x as many units as DKS. plus, their units have enough experience, to make each of theirs, worth at least 2 of ours. so its really, more like 4x as many units.

on top of this, DKS just isn't active enough to make an effective war effort. I made my alliance out of my closest BD friends. not strong players i invited to join.

So, once again, i apologize to my allies, i wish you the best of luck next era.

Btw, as an add on... for those of you who would call me, and DKS cowards... think about this.

For a year, i've played BD. starting last june. i joined LIS my first era, back on f6. A.K.A. DIP on e3.

Anyone who knows DIP/LIS, they know DIP always dies. always.

They always try to take first, but they always fail. they had the power for 2nd or 3rd, but they wanted first. so considering that half of DKS are old DIP members, who have basically, fought the top alliance to the death every era, i wouldn't say that what we did, we did because we were afraid of RoL.

I'd be more then willing to go full out on RoL, by myself if i didn't just want to retire.

And if i didn't promise DKS a top 3 finish. but i did. and i do want to retire. and i personally, can't say i care much for BD at this point.

so no, we did not surrender because we're scared or anything of that sort. we surrendered merely because 1. i want to retire, by ending the era faster. and 2. so DKS can be garunteed a top 3 finish.

(and no, we're not RoL spies either, unlike some rank 800s on e3 would like to think according to their BCs)

What use is playing a war game if you don't want to fight?

No one cares about the top3, only rank 1 matters.

I don't mean to be disrespectful Jett, but maybe it's the attitude of being willing to settle for rank 3 that makes you (as in your alliance) unfit for victory?

Jett - Don't think that just because you're not fighting us we will leave you alone. You are marked hostile and will stay that way, no matter whos side you take.

Honestly, considering my LIS past, how every era, for a year, we fought the top alliance no matter what the circumstances are, i don't really think you can say that.

all i want, is for the era to end. and all DKS wants, is to get tokens to use for next round.

As for you Ferre3t, Turtle and i agreed, that once we hand over the relic, DKS will be marked blue, and allowed to keep to themselves in aussie.

As i stated before, i honestly don't really care about BD at this point. i just want the era to end, so i can quit.

Because of this quote alone, I'm suggesting for a severe decrease in tokens for second and third. IMHO, every self-respecting alliance should be satisfied with a first place finish, nothing less. This was a beautiful buildup in e3...only to have a possibly very entertaining war squandered by satisfaction with a second place finish.
