The old double speed servers were 4000 by default, that's exactly why that value was set. But because of the many things I explained that made the game progress slower, naturally the round should be balanced accordingly. Ending this early is in effect ending a single tick server at 2250, and that's ignoring everything but the double length movement times.

Must I reiterate the fact that you ALL CONTINUED TO PLAY. Knowing full well the restrictions and rules. You came into this round, saw it was a double refresh and not a true double tick world. And yes, you kept playing.
Did anyone get on here, bring up the fact that since its not a true double tick world will it be a longer round? No, you did not.

I call my parents and boss kids all the time... Kenny wrote: How could you have no idea it would end at tick 4000 when every server in BD's existence has either ended on tick 3000 or tick 4000?
The era is over. I'm not trying to run from anything, there is just no fun in the server right now and I'd love for it to restart. Right now it's just dragged out, it's obvious who the winner is and nothing really can change that since F69 dominated everyone by taking advantage over everything they could. Good job you won. Let's move on. You are correct Kenny, everyone did end by 4000 on the old client. But there has never been a server that required a minimum of 6 ticks to attack... So this is different then any other server... Yes, we have the win right now, but that doesn't mean we don't want to continue. Every server now that it is based on points instead of relics will have a winner at any given time. It's virtually impossible to have a tie, that doesn't mean I don't want to continue fighting... Sheesh... Just because you don't want to play anymore. Why don't you want to battle, god forbid you play another server and sit in the corner of the world and never have a battle... I'm sure you have an epic LOL army again...

Yes we decided to play anyway, based on the assumption that the round and our time invested wouldn't be ruined like it's about to be... hence me being here trying to change that.
As for the rest of your post melfice... you make it sound like we've somehow taken the fun out of the game for you... sorry you feel that way, but we did nothing wrong. I don't expect you to have a blast losing, but come on, we just played well, we didn't exploit or use any tricks... so saying you're disheartened because of us is silly.
No one is forcing you to play, but why must you ruin it for the rest of us. You know, the vast majority that DOES want to keep playing.

This is so out of order from CRAP & mL.
RW - if you wanted the round to end, you should have stayed in NA & fought it out tbh. Relocating is what finished mL off not F69. That particular fight has dragged on because you relocated.
Kenny, your speaking for yourself regarding no fun. That's why the only people who actually voted no was the mL bloc.
Honestly, if the situation had been different, and mL had taken out UE at the turning point of the game, I would like to think I would not be moaning now about ending the round while mL were moving in on F69 - whether F69 had given up beforehand or not.
An enjoyable part of the game can be fighting with your backs against the wall. Believe me! I'm in UE!
I think it's disrespectful to suggest that the BD staff are biased & bowing to pressure. Andrew is responding to popular opinion (or a landslide vote), which is the only real point of reference it is fair for him to go on.
Although Kenny's pic is funny!

It hurts to have to further remind you, but there has still not been any meaningful argument against any of my reasons for thinking we should extend further. It's all just been "You should have complained before", or "It was always supposed to be 4000"... I've explained why you're wrong, repeating your points doesn't make them any more credible, try responding to some of mine.

No, now you're just finding a more colorful way to avoid any actual discourse since you know your reasons can't be backed up by fact.

Just so I can keep your attention, I'll illustrate a point. This is what you want to make the game... But this is what we are trying to play... I mean look, we even get a $10 rebate. As for the relic transfer, there's no guarantee we would even accept them. I want to continue the war in our war game. You won't give me a real retort because you're afraid I will... actually debate you? Surrendering a debate rather than participating makes you just as wrong. I don't twist, I pick apart and provide actual evidence and intelligent discussion. I'm sorry if you'd rather post repainted screencaps of South Park than have a debate, it says a lot really.
