There's a bug. Whenever I try to place a colony, it says error: user banned. I can access the other worlds and I don't have any messages or emails about being banned, and I haven't cheated in any way so that's not the problem.

I have the same problem...and all that's tacked to my account is a couple warnings. 1 from a year ago

we had a fault before that permanently banned did not mean permanently banned and you could just as easily place a colony on the next world that reset. That has been fixed now.
