i hold shift and plaes buttons from 1-0 ingame and get these:

i do the same here on forum and really any other places and this come:
!"#¤%&/()=
i have no idea why this happend, probly a bug, but it's anoying me, i can't send smilys

probably character disablement.... a lot of special characters like that can be used in SQL injection attacks.....and most times its much easier to simply remove them from the list of available characters, and let people deal with it.

If you have the language bar on you may have accidentally switched the keyboard layout for the browser. I believe the languages can apply specifically to different programs/windows which may explain it. I had a similar issue a year or so ago when I was using some college computers to check BD.

Sometimes it depends on what country you bought your keyboard from. I bought one from USA and it was messed up to me. Did you buy one from the UK?
