okay it about when I'm logged in the Arabian sever and I enter the forums but surprised to see that it shows the old forums without the ranks.

Are you logging in via il.battledawn.com/forum or battledawn.com/forum?

de.battledawn.com/forum has the same problem as you're describing, a simple fix is to simply use the prod version of the forum.
