Try the following steps please:

  • go to http://adobe.com and re-install flash player.
  • check your browser to ensure that 3rd party cookies are enabled while playing BattleDawn
  • clear your cache and cookies on your browser and restart the browser

at this point if you are still having problems, it is likely that you are having connection issues on your ISP. To determine if this is the issue, you can run a trace route and PM me the results (google search instructions for "trace route {your operating system}" if you are not aware how to)

I have run into, in the past, both dial up and DSL ISPs that route their customers through proxies regularly. Often times these proxies have their own bandwidth and/or security procedures in place which can, at times, hinder playing BattleDawn. In any case in which the ISP becomes the issue, there is little we can do to help. Sorry :(
