Try using chrome, clearing your cache and cookies.
It could also be the fact that someone else out there has your account and is logged in.
Are you playing on galaxy, spanish, kong or RC severs as well? That might be the cause of your problems.
If not then turn off your anti virus

Ive seen these cases before where nothing seems to fix session issues. There have been several occasions where I have tried every conventional fix we know to solve the issue of a PC not being able to hold a session to no avail.
The issue is that BD is obviously running normally and thousands of players are playing without issue. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but the problem is somehow localized to your network, PC, browser or all of the above.
Make sure your browser is set to allow 3rd party cookies. If this is not the issue, and all other conventional fixes have failed, it is likely that something somewhere on your network is rejecting the connection. Some ISPs run their customers through proxy HUB stations (this is especially true in smaller countries AND DSL connections) and I have in the past, found these hubs to have security protocol which reject constant connections over long periods of time, or in some cases, wont allow our players to hold sessions at all!
Other times, the connection between the local network and the servers on the east coast of the USA is just too slow and the connection/sessions time out. This is not so say that you have a dial-up-slow connection. Even a fast connection can have issues getting to certain locations in the world with a fast connection. Just because your local connection rates at 10MB down and 3 up, doeskin mean that's what your connection is going to be no matter where you connect in the world. You can run a Trace Route to help you determine if your issues are due to slow connection speeds. The trace route will tell you if you are timing out.
The bad news is that there is no definitive way to offer customer service for localized issues like this. We don't know what your ISP does, what issues your local network, browsers or otherwise might have and so on.
Take the conventional steps. Uninstall Firefox, reinstall it. Reinstall flash player. Check your settings & preferences to make sure that 3rd party cookies are enabled.
