No your right you cant but if I bought a can of beans at the food store then came to find out it was rice (false advertising) I could get my money back as it is 100% illegal to lie to a consumer about the services you are offering or to misinform with intent and even to not properly inform . why are we talking about food? Also a thing that seems to have been avoided here is the fact that snow was banned for asking a third party to investigate a claim that is illegal despite anything else weather he is right or wrong you can not take action against someone for using there right to question the fairness of a transaction. im sure that also would be the only thing paypal would be interested in hearing aswell
