I've gotten the Get Flash button when my connection isn't fast enough. That might be it.

tried both, explorer 9, still says i need flash player, have firefox now, says i need flash player, some odd reason could my flash player be disabled or not trusted or something along the lines of that?

figured it out, flash player was disabled, had to manage the add-ons found under the cog in the upper right hand corner of the explorer 9, so i had no active x control
