Tested it on my test account and it's during the tutorial that it shows that way, won't let you get past Task 2(Build a farm). If you skip the tutorial and then reload the client afterwards(Have to go back to server select page or simply hit refresh on your browser) it will show up just fine.

I've already created a task for this to be completed, put it to the highest priority and sent a message to the devs responsible for this area of the game to fix.

We'll get this fixed ASAP, thanks for reporting guys!
