i cant log in it always show Loading..but i know d the problem y..i dont have a sound card thats y i cant log

thats not the problem golden. Because of the music on bd you require a sound card to play.

I'll try to discuss it with the admins.

Flash does broadcast the sound regardless of whether or not the machine is listening, but shouldn't be the root cause of it not working.

Have you tried looking in your hardware manager to make sure you have the sound device off if there is not one connected. It may be that the driver for the sound device you normally use is trying to find the hardware and preventing the app from opening while it does. If this is the case, just making sure to have all sound devices disabled from the hardware manager should alleviate this.
