This was already a new dimension. (go back into the page 300's ish) I simply go back to the vanilla dimension (original) get the evolved race of super fishys there and invade your dimension.

I change my dimension, to such way that fish cannot exist. Being the Creator of this new dimension, I also ban any evolution not approved by me, and force every single being in my dimension to work for me. Hence, the new Jake and Sith now belong to me.
Unfortunately, I create yet another dimension, consisting of only demons and savage beasts, all under my command. While the old dimension and my dimension fight, this fourth dimension grows incredibly in strenght, but completely in secret. When the final battle arrives, I summon all of the forces of the fourth dimension, and I triumphaly march into your old dimension, and also destroy it. VIVA THE FALLOUT DIMENSION!!!
