Yeah sure, why not, excellent plan, I've been taking some non reputed players in my team from last few eras and really many of them seems much promising to me. So in short, im defo down for it  .

I am definitely for this - Even though the thing with the novelty is that it never stays new... There is always a new innovation for aging the previous for that is why BD needs newer players and more similar suggestions which aims in allowing newbies bathed in the dark transform into a glow in that darkness in order to build a new generation of talented players.
I'd love to see this idea brought in the play very soon.

Simen also once did a team with about 4 pros and 8 newbs - Simen being one of the newbs still back then.  It's not always about winning, some people like to occasionally kick back and have fun. (I am not one of them, I don't think it's interesting to play an era without at least trying to win)
