That's not of concern. More than half voted for having 18 member alliances, that killed the game years ago but no one remembered. As long as the leaders agree - this will work out.

I as a leader would be willing to apply this but I'm really not sure how many others will be ready to have 2/4 newbs in their team and risk something bad happening .


Let's see what the majority has to say , but I say we shoud adopt it .

I am pming them, which seems to be working fine.

This is SOP in ARM - even in CE as new players are the future. Its a good idea.

Problem I see in all rounds and the "single player" rounds is that its just a way for more players to collaborate - how do we fix this?

I am always willing to try and bring in newbs to my teams. The only problem is sometimes they aren't active, or unwilling to remain active. You gotta find those golden eggs of newbs.

I think this is a great idea to help new players enjoy the game and continue playing. I would like more information on how it would work though.

I would like to have 2/4 locked positions on each team, only fillable by admin or implement a queue for new players they can join to be auto-filled into a team with an open "new player slot".

New players don't usually start at the beginning of a new era(though I always recommend to do so when I come across a noob), and how do you know if someone is new if you haven't spent time playing with/against them? Experienced players make new accounts all the time.

Anyway, I think the idea is a nice one but some of the specifics need to be worked out.

i think 2/4 will be a huge step we should start with 1

I'm definitely for this. I have already done similar things like this in the past (though with more newer player to experienced player ratios). Heck, M2, era 44, that was mostly with a team of newer players that I played against CME with.
