i think next ce,
- should have a set number of ticks.
- no siblings or whatever should be allowed to play.
- any ban should permnant.
- players choose which admin by voting.

1) Disagree with set number of ticks. This era has become so competitive because of the amount of time alliances have been able to build up and have a shot of winning. Just take a look at the bios of the leaders/players in the top alliances. Most of them are all "watching" this era. However as it has gone on for so long now they've found themselves able to compete.

2) This should be sorted out BEFORE the era starts I think, just like any other era.

3) I somewhat agree with this. Depending on the severity though (as a rude message shouldn't result in a perma-ban) although I would like to see the admins be more severe when it comes to banning!!

4) There was this option. The admins running e6 were voted in.
