having trouble keeping organization on squads nowadays. is it better to have 10 units per squad and use more oil? or have more than 10 like say,16 and use less oil?

You should try filling up every squad until you can't put anymore units in.

Full squads will save you a lot of oil then having them all spread out individually.

always try and fill your squads to the maximum.

after big battles, rearrange your squads so they're full again, and you can keep a few squads as spam too
