I don't know why I do get not enough resources while I do have them, exactly! This message sure knows how to frustrate someone especially when he/she needs to build a single unit in that time



Why it's not ENOUGH while I do have them? Should I wait a whole new tick just to pass having "not enough" resources.

If you had just got yourself to that amount using energy and kept that screen up, it wasn't going to change. You would have had to either exit out of that screen, change part of a unit type and change it back, or change the amount you make and change it back...

I tried to change from armor to damage and then changing back .. but no use
I had to wait till the next tick to recruit it. my second option was to convert 5 oil to 1 metal, but I don't have lv2 cov yet.
