Ok... i've talked with a LOT of people about giving people tokens to buy the resource packages, and have them send the resources back to the token sender... and i say that it is illegal, and they claim it is not, and even that some admins are saying it is not... and i am just trying to figure this out...

Quote:
4.11. Tokens: You may purchase tokens which may be converted to Game Resources. Such purchase may be made by 3rd party services and with accordance to this Agreement. You may not transfer tokens or transact with other Users to convey Game Resources gained by Token purchases. You may not convey or transact in any sale or purchase of Purchased Tokens from other players against actual funds.

now, why would an admin say its not illegal, when the rules say it (even if it IS masked by legal talk).

Note:: I dont know who the admin is, or even if an admin DID say such stuff... i'm only saying what i was told :)

Note::: I realize that doing this is one thing that gives BD more money, because the supporters are buying more tokens...which is why i can see an admin not enforcing it... but i really dont think it should be left unwatched...(it is a VERY common practice in alliances that have 1/2 big donators, and a bunch of non-donators)

This is essentially avoiding the cool down, right? I believe that is illegal, yes. I'll show this to an Admin though.

Well you do not get banned for doing it though. I dunno if its hard to track or they changed the rule without changing it in the TOS.
