Just curious, as Routhy and I were discussing this over MSN: what would happen if the second place alliance had all 10 relics, but didn't finish in first? Who would win? The first place with no relics, or the second with all 10?

u mean they got 10 relics but didn't hold them for 72 ticks before the round is over?

I dont think he means it that way.
Scenerio: It's Tick 3000 and AA (who is in first) has no relics, while BB(who is second) has all 10.
Like that?
And i think the 1 with 10 relics would win.
