help desk is for problems with the game, this is a question :)
ok, you need spy construction lvl 2, then you need to recruit a spy (cost 100 energy and take 24 ticks), then send it where you need it :)
then you need to wait 8 ticks (get 8 infiltration ticks), then you klick the colony, the "eye" (where u usualy do scans) then choose lockdown :mrgreen:
don't remember energy cost tho, sorry :(

i think the energy cost was around 20-50 energy needed to put the target to lockdown
