Is there an upgrade that can be made to decrease the ETA of units? It seems like it takes me longer to arrive somewhere than other players. What am I missing here. Thanks

no upgrade like that, but those sending to allied outposts/colonys/relics have shorted ETA then those attacking.
also gates make your units move instantly from 1 to another ;)

Like what simmen said if you are attacking the minimum ETA is 3 ticks but if you are defending there is a minumum eta of 2 ticks.
