if i conquer a colony, what happens if another person attacks the colony i just conquered? Do they get it?

no, the person is your conquer till
1. he delete
2. he rebbel successfully
3. you get conquered

Yes what simmen said but another fact is if your conquer has a crystal then others than yourself can take it from them depending if they can withstand their units.
