If my teammate is attacking an enemy colony and their eta is 5 ticks & I have a dragon hitting the same colony in 5 ticks (therefore at the same time) is there damage to my teammates troops?

The army which lands after tthe nuke or at the same time with the nuke doesnt gets affected
The army which is present at the op/colony before the nuke gets hit is affected
