 Post subject: Obstructed castle?

I see a castle on the map and it has a red circle around it. When I click on it, it says 'obstructed'.

What does that mean?

it means there radar is jammed

you need spy construction level 3, then you click the colony, then the "eye", then "obstruct ____" or "jamm _____"
