How do I find bounties that are close to me?

i think u might have missunderstood
bountys are a reward if you can beat the player. people put resources on some one that will be resived by the player beating him/her

sure u didn't mean garrisons?

Players with a bounty on them will be flagged - just scroll around the map around you & you'll see the skull & crossbones symbol on some colonies, with either a number signifying what rank they are on the bounty table or an asterisk if they are not amongst the highest bounties.

To find out what the bounty on a particular player is, just click the bounty symbol on the colony & it will open the bounty table at the relevant section.
