What are the factors upon which the costs depend?? Martian Sniper, last i remember, cost 200 metal and 100 oil but now it is 224 metal and 112 oil. How and Why?

It's because of overheard. For every 100 soldiers used, your cost of building troops goes up by 12%

There is a factor when creating units every player must be aware of. This is called "overhead". Every 100 army size (soldiers) will increase the cost of recruiting a unit by 12%. You can find the details in your Statistics tab under your colony UI

Infantry = 1 soldier
Vehicle = 2 soldier
Tank = 3 soldier
