I have a few questions. Are damage units good or not? So should you train only armour and range units or damage units as well? Then; to attack cavalry/light vehicles, the best tactic is to only use infantry with beam weapons/piercing weapons, right? Or is there a better tactic? For attacking heavy units/mechs/tanks you should only use light vehicles/cavlry with rockets/crushing weapons right? Or not? But what do you use for killing infantry? anything or is there one strategy that is very effective against infantry? Sorry for all these questions xD but I'd really like to know Thanks! Moved to Newbie Questions. - Dawn

Here is whats best against what: Inf, Beam to kill Vech Vech, Explosive to kill Tanks Tanks, concussive to kill Inf
As for the Damage thing. Since the damage upgrade was implemented it is pure choice whether you use damage or not.

I agree with the strategys others have said but usually when I go into battle I find that mechs are usually winners against all others like if its mechs/heavy/tank good against vech. vs vechicles/cavalry good against mechs/heavy/tank the vechicles/cavalry usually die but that may just be me. Also I like to use range but if your out of recources and picking between armour and damage I usually go damage. Each is usefull but range shoots first, damaga is second but can be good for killing off big groups strong troops, and armour is last for being protection and sort of cannon fodder but is the cheapest type of unit to make. Hope it helped.

^Don't listen to this
Every chassis has its own advantages (lol@ mechs being better than everything)
Inf: heal faster from nuke/spys train faster easiest to spy attack bonus against vehicles
Veh: Most armies are not heavy anti vehi bonus against tanks heal faster than tanks but slower than infantry
Tanks: Level up faster no bonus damage longest to train highest infiltration required to spy attack
The generally accepted best build is 10/0/20 for infantry (armor/damage/range) or 3/0/7 for tanks not quite sure about vehicles since I don't use them
However recently people have been arguing about the effectiveness of damage + armor against this build but that's a really really long argument that's probably a bit too advanced.

Sry my bad I was just saying saying thats what it seemed from my experience. I have had an army of 10 range vehicles good against mechs fight vs 10 range mechs good against inf. and I lost. I have no idea why this would happen and have tryed researching it but nothing showed up so thats why I stated that.

That would be because they outnumbered you? You need to count your army by soldiers instead of units
1 infantry = 1 soldier 1 vehicle = 2 soldiers 1 tank = 3 soldiers
so it was 20 against 30
