I believe to be an admin u have to go to a serious of steps to get there. First there's helping n forums and then modding and that takes quite sometime and being knowledgeable about flash n sutff. Although I don't think Ilona was ever a mod... So yes u can apply but the requirements can be time-consuming. As for the second question the admits are like five people anfmaube ten with development and Michael. So the whole world against doesn't seem fair and the fact that they are unable to dedicate a lot of their time into it does not held. This was proven to be true last fantasy4, I believe when the admits lost.

most of the admins got deleted for inactivity i think then COOL sent loads at squads at michaels colony and conquered him

Its best if you are a mod or something first, also you have to be 18 and it's a really long kinda process, could take years to work up to it
