when i try to build the Heavy structure i get an error message that says 'ERR_TICKS_ARE_PAUSED'. I dont see why ticks being frozen would affect structures?

in the start of the new era u can only build up to lvl 3 buildings only

You can't build level 4 and 5 strcutures during tick pause. Heavy structure is a level 4 structure. It's not a glitch.

I think supporters are able to do it thought, not quite sure

nope, the updates is to slower the boosters, if supporters can do it then what's the point :lol:

anw, I've tried to do it and no, supporters can't...
