I'm curious what buildings or chain of events lets spy prot be added for 20E.

In the past it was simply a spy on your colony.

Lately it seems random. Do I need agents placed around, a special building made, successful spy actions completed to unlock it. Either this is bugged or there is something that I've been unable to find that is required.

I have agents placed, the adv covert ops building built my spy on my colony and have done 3 successful attacks, this is on galaxy.

You just have to have your spy on your colony. That's it. It's like that on all the other worlds.

Ok then I'm bugged because it wouldn't let me. Wouldn't for 1/2 my round on E2 either, I'll message the admin.
