Hello,

Since conquered colonies production is not really being damaged, they can rebel any time.

so lets say i have 3 or 4 colonies around me and i manage to conquer them.
later in the game they will just build their power rebel and conquer me in return.

so i will be constantly occupied with quelling rebellions?
how does the small taxation bonus helps me get stronger?

what do you do with conquered colonies?

They help you because if you mass enough of them they may produce 200-1000
of tax each tick, so you can build a larger army.

My advice, keep a watch of all the conquers near ur hive, and continuously attack anyone that has the potential of rebelling, or force relocate them away to a place where u can reach them, but they can't reach u.

Usually they won't attack you, or if they do their troops won't be much of a problem.

Another advice is to join an active team, they will help you in defending ur colonies.

Personally I don't have any problem with conquers, if they rebel and they have a star or too many troops, I will just liberate him. Or ask my alliance to help if he has crystals.

They also allow your population growth to continue even when your overheads become high. When it gets to the point whereby you have dozens of full squads your population will stop growing. Even with a fair amount of resource OPs, you will not be given any more workers to replenish your army with.

Each conquer will give you a worker. You may need up 60 or 70 to stay maintain a growing population if you have a massive army.

Yeah they can become very bothersome, I'm not going to lie. However along with the benefits everyone listed above, they increase your influence around the world.
