earlier it was unfortunately maximum meaning highest (numerical wise)
now it has been changed to lowest (numerical wise) rank u achieved in a given era...

ya earliest it was ur lowest score (say ur lowst was 200)..
now it is ur highest score (it'll stay as 1 if u reach 1 n fall down later)..

There needs to be two one saying lowest and one saying highest it makes more since otherwise there is not really a point to it and should be removed completely.

KK the lowest your rank has been thing is SOOO stupid if its b4 tick 5 hundred cause say you join a few tick late.... well look at that your lowest rank was 780 somthing even tho it shouldnt be..... SO I say dont have that do anything till tick 50..... (just saying)
