Anyways this is what he was talking about. Number 4 from the updates.
(14. Added newsletter system. we'll send you updates about the game if you subsribe to the newsletter. subscribing gives you 50 bonus tokens.)

well i believe you need to subscribe probably in your user control or ingame look in the free tokens maybe its there
