Ok, so me and my alliance are attacking this guy and the nuke is ETA:5. If we send our units ETA:5 as well, will they get damaged?

your units wont get damaged. but neither will the other person army. you need to land the tick after so the army is hit.

Location: Everyone can see it, only I can get in.
From my past experience when relics were able to be nuked, when nukes land at the exact sametime with the units, enemy units will still be damaged.

P.S. This information may not be as accurate now.

Yes, that's because the units are stationary.
