someone has a lot of questions on spies, don't they?

anyhow..
you don't know
unless they attack you.
then 2 things could happen:

1. you have more spy protection ticks than they have spy infiltration ticks, you catch them, no harm done, but you lose the amount of spy infiltration ticks they had from your spy protection

ex.
you have 100 spy pro., they have 20 spy inflitration
they attack you (with anything)
you catch them, but you now have 100-20=80 spy protection

2. you have less spy protection than they have spy inflitration. when they attack you, you are damaged in some way, unless they used the "boo" thing XD

ex.
you have 0 spy pro, they have 50
they attack you with water poisoning...
some workers die in your colony, you have no clue what happened

what about if i buy 50 protection for 20 energy?? will my spy catch enemy spy if i covert operation in my colony?

i dont think so... but im not sure
it has never happened to me at least so i dont think ur spy will catch an emeny if you get protection

and remember you don't have to have your spy on your colony to catch another spy, you just need the spy protection

yes.. my spy was just caught... now i need to spend a ton of energy to get my protection tick up to catch the sucker.. :'(

just saying, they probably aren't there anymore..but build your protection back up anyway.

yeah usually once someone uses a spy attack on ur colony they move off because they know your going to put up protection

Does it tell you who's spy has attacked you? When you catch it or when they do something.

It depends it has told me before that ___ has attacked me and then i turned around and conquered them XD
