okay, so we (ronelm, golden, and i) were wondering about the functions of the lockdown

yeah, it doesn't let units get out

but can units get in?

Yes units can fly into a outpost on lock down. It won't be able to leave until the duration is over.

If the target OP is a gate, and it is un-jammed, units may gate into said lock downed gate but won't be able to move or gate out.

In short, you can't move out of a lock down but you can move into one.

in addition. if you sent a delay movement(Let's say you launched to another OP that is 3 ETA and you delayed it to 5 ticks) and then the OP you come from got lockdown.
your units will still move. this happens to us. we sent ETA 5 Defense. we Delayed from 3 ticks to 5 ticks then at tick 4 it got locked down and it's awesome cause our units still moved
