after an update, banned colony still pay tax.
But you don't get workers for them.

Okay, i just heard that the tax is only on the screen and they don't pay tax.
Still its usefully to conquer them.
It can be a temp ban
and secondly they may have conquers ....

maybe for conquer achievement, or a temporary boost of power and score. I don't know if they pay taxes but yes, if they're temporary banned then it's good.

I think it's better to conquer every colonies u can, be it ban or not. U won't know if they are temp. banned or not.

It boosts your power rating then people think u dominate but u only got half real conqs and half banned conqs haha, power is power imo

also it doesn't hurt if the banned colony has a x-tal!

I don't think it boosts your power rating it just does nothing except the reasons mentione above.

It does boost ur power. I conquered a banned colony and it does boost my power up until it was deleted. And I'm sure it wasn't increased becuz of my worker or army increased =="

It only gives you tax, no extra 10 score and power. But like Austin said, if it has a crystal, conquer it!
