20 pure inf squads. vs 12 pure inf+9 pure heav squads. Who will win? Assuming we dont know what each player has in his squads. And that they will land on a colony at the same tick.

And the outcome is... the 20 pure inf guy saw my 21 squads and chickened out and turned back
