If I just started razing my outpost and there's an enemy squad coming at 2 ETA and they reach before my outpost is razed, will the razing process be stopped? If not, will the spoils go to me or the squad that took over my razing outpost?

Yeah mate, unfortunetly the OP will stop razing when it's ownership is changed.

If the attacking squad arrives at the same time the outpost finishes its razing, will the attacking squad still manage to capture the outpost or arrive at a camp instead?
