The title kinda says it all. A colony has 22 units. Lets say i amazingly have 600 mana. I firestorm them 3 times.
Does that mean the first one
= 10 units go to 1hp
the second one = 10 units go to 1hp
the third one = 2 units go to 1hp or does it go over the others and kills them?

Ions used on colony and outposts are split, and randomized. So there is no guarantee that you will ion the 22 units with 3 ions cause you may ion the same units more than once

Adding on from the post above.. you will NOT kill the units hit twice, they will remain at one HP
