Had to do this on bros computer. He found this. Admin assistant? Unlimted protection. part of admins alliance????

The link you gave is not an internet link. It's a file path on your computer. Nobody else can see it.

From your description though, it sounds like you've stumbled upon an admin's assistant. The purpose is in the name. Usually it's part of a bug test, or somebody placed to offer advice to newer players.

Either way, it will have no effect on the round or the server. Just like an admin colony.
