If I send ships to an alliance's OP or a colony do they fight with my alliance member's ships?

May I also note Inter-Alliance means "Between Alliances" thus meaning traveling from alliance to alliance? You probably meant Intra-Alliance.

What they mean is:


Troops of two players in one alliance will never under any circumstances fight AGAINST each other. They will however cooperate in battles as if they are owned by one player.
