What happens if...
Launch a missile, it lands, then next tick use a spy to take 50% off hit points on vehicles and tanks?
Do they all die? 50% of 1 hit point is dead right?

If you use the spy at the next tick, they will have HP2. They recover 1hp/tick.
Imo you get them down to hp1 again. Also it would be useless to use a spy after a missile. Using first to lock the squads would be better ;)
