I'm new but suprisingly at rank 70 at tick 300

but the guy twenty ranks ahead of me is conquered. When I get conquered I turn to rank 1352 or something like that. Why is he so good?

Well, it can be attributed to three factors:

-He has a large army but choses to remain conquered for the time being.
-He has a large population to go with the large armies.
-He has crystals.

When you get conquered with your army in your colony, naturally you lose your units, and your rank and score drops significantly if you can't cover ithe losses quickly.

being conquered doesnt directly effect your rank it goes down if u had conquers/crystals and apperantly he didnt have many conquers or crystals if any at all but he does have a good amount of workers and a decent army

When you're conquered 4 things happen -

1. You lose all of your conquers

2. You lose the ability to use the gate in your colony

3. You lose the ability to conquer

4. Your conqueror's alliance's flag will be below yours.

NOTE: If another player not currently in your alliance wins a battle in your colony he/she will take the crystals currently on your colony. (You still keep any future crystals unless somebody wins a battle in your colony again)

As you can see, the only way you can lose score from being conquered is from losing conquers and losing crystals. Now look at all the ways you can gain/maintain rank:

10 infantry = 1 power

10 tanks = 3 power

1 conquer = 1 power

So, you might have lost units while defending and you might have lost conqs when conquered. These things might have been the only things keeping your rank high while the colony ranked 50# might have had a lot of army and workers - keeping his rank high.
