The thing is, because its hard to catch and be 100% sure. Some times its first a warning and if it happens again, a ban.

So please, repeat of every separate time it seems like op farming.

the guy that made the most ops is the ex leader.. he is not building any units he's conquered by the new leader and building ops everyday for them :P

A good rule of thumb is; if you suspect it might be bannable, you probably shouldn't do it.

The people that benefited from it never got banned, but the guy that made the ops did, but one guy in my alliance got banned for farming ops, I wish admins would ban anyone that cheats and not just the alliance winning the war.

If the person plans on playing the era once and a while I do not believe it is bannable but if they build the colony for the soul purpose of op building then I believe yes you can be banned.
