Does it say "Player has requested to join your alliance." or "You have been invited to the 'Alliance' alliance."? (Note: Player and Alliance are examples )

Because if it says the first one go to that person's location and click on their colony and send them an invite. This will only work if you're the leader though. Then they will be able to do what everyone else is saying to do.
