Your build was very bad. Almost all armor. Plus your enemy outnumbered you. You see how he has built? Thats how you should.
If its infantry - 20 range/10 armor Veh - 10 range/5 armor Tanks - 7 range/3armor
And alway sbuild only one type of armor which is concussive armor. No beam or explosive.
And dont do damage units. And dont build all types - inf, veh or tank. Just build one.
For the units you faced, you should have sent like 5 squads of tanks (Concussive) for it to have been effective. Even 4 squds of tanks would have been good enough.

Damage is basically a useless unit, go for mostly range.. I dont even go with the 2/1 ration (range 2/ armor 1) I go probably 3-4 range per 1 armor.

Only building Concussive armor is selfish lol. That means all your allies armor will die before yours. If you build a mix then everyone shares in the burden of rebuilding a small amount of armor after a large attack. As opposed to 2 or 3 guys having zero armor and their armies waiting to die, or spending the next 3 days in an op waiting to get new armor so they can fight... But whatever it's not my army.  But back to the original question... look at the amount of resources spent for both armies... You get what you pay for. Armor's job is to die. Instead of more valuable units. If your army is all armor they they'll all do they're job, and you'll lose. As you can see pretty handily too.

This is not true.. If your entire alliance builds 100% concussive then losses will be 100% evenly spread out. If you're too newb to build concussive then you will quickly learn the hard way

Yeah ferrets right. All you need to do is build 1 type of armor. Since explosive dies first, beam dies next and concussive dies last building multiple armor types will result in too less of any type, thereby causing you to have more losses and consequently affecting range units.
BTW if you all build beam armor, then that is okay too. You just need 1 type of armor.
