What will happen when my ship returns to a spot that no longer has an outpost? It was sent off to get a wreckage, then someone decided they wanted their outpost back so I just raised it instead. No I have a returning ship with no place to land.

the outpost will turn into a camp. so it got somewhere to land ;)
the camp should go away when your units are off it.
and btw. you can not attack from a camp
